Delete your account

Delete from within Ice Central

1. Open the Ice Central app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Follow the confirmation and any required identity verification steps.

If you cannot access the app or the in-app flow does not complete, use the email request option above instead.

What happens next?

1. We receive your request and may need to verify that you own the account before making irreversible changes.
2. We review and arrange deletion of your account and associated personal information held in Ice Central systems and relevant service providers, subject to legal retention requirements.
3. We contact you to confirm the outcome, or explain any remaining verification or legally necessary retention.

Deleting an account is intended to remove access to the account and its associated profile and participation records. It is not merely a temporary deactivation. Any information we must retain for legal, security or dispute-handling reasons will be limited to that purpose and not kept as an active profile.

What should I include?

• The email address used for your Ice Central account.
• A clear request to delete your account and associated data.

Do not send your password, one-time login code or other secret credentials. We may contact you to verify account ownership if needed.
